Build an erupting volcano with this fascinating and fun STEM kit from Smithsonian. As you experiment, you will learn about 6 types of volcanoes! Developed with help from a volcanologist, this set includes 1 volcano base, 1 volcano structure, 1 eruption tube, a roll of plaster strip, foam tape, 4 other tapes, 2 colour paints, and detailed instructions. You will need to supply vinegar, baking powder, and either a paintbrush or sponge. You will be building and painting your own volcano before conducting a science experiment to watch it erupt. Adult supervision required.
